| This is one of several books that were published right before the Memorial Day and the release of the “Pearl Harbor” movie in this May. It is a collection of first-hand accounts--prepared with the assistance of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association--compiled and written by Henry Berry, oral historian. In Introduction Berry mentions that this book project was “(his) crusade to get a grassroots view of what the Japanese attack was all about.” |
